Through my daily observations I have encountered the gentlemen who is our daytime custodian as being very pleasant, courteous and keeps our open areas and break rooms very neat and clean.

I am writing to express my appreciation for your services and support over the last year.  As you know, I was tasked with bidding out the services during an extremely hectic time of startup and recommissioning our facility.  I was so impressed with your staff’s responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility during that process and since obtaining the contract.

It has been hectic; however, you and your staff have always remained flexible with the ever-changing cleaning schedule and always make it happen.  We are very pleased with the results we have seen in our environmental monitoring and your team’s willingness to help us resolve past concerns in certain areas of our facility.

It has been a pleasure working with Pegasus over the last two years. We can always count on Pegasus to meet any special request asked of them in a timely manner. Our entire campus is well maintained by your helpful and friendly staff.  We especially appreciate you introducing us to the Green cleaning methods. We had several people with allergies and asthma that no longer complain that odors are bothering them.

Thank you again for helping with the recent flood we had in building 3 to insure that it was clean and mold free, with no down time to our employees.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my appreciation for the fine work that both your Regional Manager and your on-site janitorial crew has been doing at ACSS during the past month.   I’ve had numerous employees’ approach me with unsolicited positive comments on the performance of the cleaning crew.  I have also noticed the improvements in the cleanliness of the facility as well.
